This is great to use on the back of your embroidery fabric if you need to add a bit of weight, to prevent your stitches from puckering. It's also good when stitching onto clothes, especially stretchy fabrics to give some stability.
Iron on with a cool/medium iron with no steam. Washable at 40'C.
